      Remote flexibility, and a great mission, and several hard working coworkers

      Cons

      No 401k match. Clinical direction and decisions largely driven by non-clinical leadership. Year 8 startup meaning offloading of employees to show the best on books, all at the expense of those who helped to get you to year 8.

      Flexibility, teamwork, interested and motivated patients, pay scale, benefits, fast-paced

      Cons

      Communication is awful throughout the DMV and the entire company. Work is pushed around to other disciplines constantly and disciplines aren't individually managed so most of your managers don't know what your sole job purpose is/should be. Somatus had company-wide layoffs two separate months and key, vital team members were let go. The process of the lay offs was cold and disheartening.
