      Doing great things for patients, high sense of accomplishment Great teamwork within regional teams No in-office requirement, though home visits require time on the road

      No 401K match No communication between regional and central teams leading to Recurrent layoffs of licensed staff (LCSW, PharmD, RN) without notice

      Way to many managers, they are constantly hiring VPs and not paying the people actually doing the work Nobody at the top communicates with the care team Things change bi-weekly and they do not take suggestions from the care team
