Love the job! Love helping the kidney population. Love my direct supervisor. Love the freedom to adjust my schedule for whatever life brings.

Cons

Uncertainty of employment, as there has been lay offs in 2023. Lots of changes that can be frustrating to keep up with. Some co-workers who find fault in everything you do, but never in their own work.
