      Poor Management, No life-work balance, Only care about numbers

      Pros

      The salary is great until you work 60 hours a week. The mission of the company is great, and the CEO does have a great idea.

      Cons

      Poor management that doesn’t even know how to do the job of the people they are managing. If you bring up a concern, you are just a bad apple and management doesn’t want to hear it. Micromanaging all staff including (RN’s, CHW’s, and NP’s). They are constantly about more and more patients and lose focus of the quality of care being provided because numbers matter more. Management always wants to be recognized as being the best so do not value what is going on with the staff providing the care nor do they care about the actual care being provided to patients. Massive turnover especially amongst RN’s. We’ve lost 4 in just one region in a month.

      Horrible company and they don't care about the patients only care about the numbers

      you work from home remotely

      Cons

      they don't care about the patients at all. They only care about numbers and they will have you harass people that don't want to join the program after they have told us for years they don't want to join. The did not used to be like this at all they train their new employees to engage and nothing else. the company is no help to the patients at all.
