Pay, benefits, remote work, weekends and most holidays off.

Cons

Chaotic work environment, cold and sterile environment, daily changes in workflows, no one knows what is going on, uppers do not care about their workers, stressful work environment, multiple layoffs without warning and no mention to the rest of the workforce where their colleagues went, just disappeared. Job today and unemployment tomorrow. More work with less employees equals more work for those left behind. Gaslighting and narcissistic leadership. Harassment of the potential clients- calling and texting repeatedly. Grandiose ideas with very little actual results.

Flexibility, teamwork, interested and motivated patients, pay scale, benefits, fast-paced

Cons

Communication is awful throughout the DMV and the entire company. Work is pushed around to other disciplines constantly and disciplines aren't individually managed so most of your managers don't know what your sole job purpose is/should be. Somatus had company-wide layoffs two separate months and key, vital team members were let go. The process of the lay offs was cold and disheartening.

I only worked here for a short time but it was a complete switcheroo from the interview. Basically they had no plan, no budget and just a fantasy on how to build a technology team. I left as soon as I could and am surprised they’re still in business.. I basically consider this job a career low and learning experience.

Cons

No training budget, no hiring budget, no tools or technology. Just wishful thinking on an idea that was unclear to me as to what we needed to achieve.
