      Pros

      I gave 2 starts, solely for the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      . This would be a WONDERFUL company/position, if the pay wasn't so low. PHAs are required to conduct home visits. Which means driving to the member, within an hour drive time. Which could lead you to driving an hour away, a few times a week. The mileage pay is like 60 cents, you're hourly pay can't keep up with you vehicle maintenance. You're going to put atleast 250 miles on your car weekly

      Pros

      I can't think of any, maybe the cheap out of pocket cost for insurance but nothing is paid for by the insurance company so.. defeats the purpose.

      Extreme micro managing- defeats the purpose of WFH Extremely high turnover rate Cold calling Door to door to sell the program No one is happy here Unrealistic expectations from leadership
