      Pros

      Love working from home and making a real difference in the lives of renal patients.

      Cons

      PTO: have to accrue and only get 2 weeks a year, includes sick days. But, you can work from home so that makes up for it.

      Work from home and they pay well

      Cons

      They have constant change. Too many bosses and not enough people working the jobs to tell you what to do that will work. They have started micromanaging you and are able to monitor your computer as you work looking at all screens open. Not believe the employees stay busy and unrealistic work conditions.
