I absolutely love working for a mission-driven company. While there are challenges in working for a young company (we just turned 7 this February), there are so many benefits in working in a hungry, mission-driven, passionate environment. Yes, this is fast-paced; yes, priorities and processes change; yes, there are sometimes frustrating things that occur. That is not a reflection of the culture as much as it is the stage of growth we are in. It will not be for everybody. If you are someone who wants to work amongst colleagues who are passionate about preventative care and want to collaborate with our patients in achieving more healthy days, then this is the company for you.
