Equity ownership is something we’re especially proud to offer to eligible employees. Look out for our Equity 101 Learning Roundtable in the near future: this is a great opportunity for Sonder employees that are first time equity shareholders to learn about equity and to get people excited and informed about our overall compensation package.
Some roles at Sonder are necessarily less flexible than others, in order to allow us to meet the needs of our guests. We provide flexibility where we’re able, and we’re also taking concrete steps to better communicate opportunities for growth with all employees (for example, via Sonder’s internal job board).
