5yThanks for stopping by to share your experience at Sonder! Developing our employees is so important to us, so it’s wonderful to hear you were able to grow your career with us and work in several different positions.
It’s true that it is a demanding department, and we do agree that it’s led well. Our Central Guest Services’ (formerly Guest Experience Team) members have worked tremendously hard at helping to build out structure and process, but we definitely still have work to do! We have also hired 50 additional team members recently and promoted many others to help reduce the burnout!
