Their reimbursement rates for providers is excellent.
Cons
The issue is that referals have dropped from daily to my current level of 2/month. I am sticking with them because I respect that they respect LPCs by actually paying well and being a company with gold values. However, ever since I heard about multi-state licensing , my referals have died (not sure if the 2 events are related). I am loyal to the company which has changed my life, but a little communication on what's happening would help ease anxiety. Also, customer and provider support are overloaded and they did away with provider forums which were a wonderful tool
