Very fast pace and growing pains can be challenging sometimes but colleagues and leadership work very hard to support and ensure all boats rise as we grow

The office culture is bar none. While the workload is high much like any startup, there is always the expectation that if you raise your hand for help, there's support available. The office is centrally located across from Union Station making commuting super easy (especially since the company covers 100% of an EcoPass cost for full-time employees). Unlimited free (and healthy snacks), great employee benefits, 401K matching, and amazing coworkers.

We're growing quickly so work pace is definitely fast. But plenty of support from leadership and teammates to make it
