-competitive pay -good benefits, 401k with match, health -interview process was outlined and followed in a timely manner. -onboarding has been excellent, very supportive environment

Cons

It's very busy and with a lot of new hires, it's a little disorganized and unstructured at times. Many managers have been with the company less than a year so they are still learning right along with new hires.

Pros

Exceptional executive leadership. From the CEO (Mark) on down they are passionate about what we do and about making a real difference while taking care of the employees. They are amazingly transparent about decisions and how things are going, which gives me a sense of being a valued, trusted part of the team.

Cons

Typical startup growing pains...we've doubled in size in last few months. Maintaining culture while growing this fast continues to be a focus.

Everyone is a dedicated change agent. Lots of passion, teamwork, and energy around making behavioral health more approachable and accessible.

Cons

It is a fast growing company that is building out structure. There have been and will continue to be expected growing pains that come with the territory.
