Pros

SonderMind has an inspiring mission that everyone is genuinely trying to accomplish. The extended leadership team really cares about their teams. Comp and benefits is fairly competitive.

Cons

The executive leadership doesn't always seem aligned.

Pros

HSA monthly contributions were helpful for paying personal medical costs. Most of the support team agents are great workers and truly care about improving mental health!

Cons

Sondermind’s company values are abbreviated as CCLAB, which stands for curious, courageous, lightful, authentic and bucketworthy. However, the leadership fail to display any of these qualities when dealing with lower level employees. Additionally, multiple support agents have witnessed leaders in the customer support department display blatantly prejudice behavior and treatment towards employees of color. Employees of color receive ruthless disparate treatment at the hands of the support team supervisors and HR permits it. Multiple people have quit due to this, or due to the general lack of urgency to fix the operational issues within the customer support department.
