SonderMind is an organized, transparent, and informative company with strong alignment between its mission and day-to-day operations. From the start, I’ve experienced excellent collaboration and support across teams. The focus on expanding access to mental health care through technology is both inspiring and meaningful, and I’m excited to be part of such a great company that is truly making a difference.

Cons

As with any organization that is scaling, some systems are still being refined. I view these not as setbacks, but as opportunities for growth. The encouraging part is that improvements are already in progress, and the company takes feedback seriously. This commitment to continuous enhancement ensures patients and providers will have an even smoother experience moving forward.

I've had a lot of "learning experiences" in my career that make me truly appreciate strong leadership that focuses on what's most important. It's why I joined this company - a great boss, great product, great mission and opportunities to stretch and grow. I do love my job and team, such a great feeling.

Cons

B to B is a growth area for them and they started as B to C, so although a well established company with 12 years under their belt, they are going through some growing/learning pains. On that note, most are 100% remote and many in leadership will count on you to act - you need to ask for what you need, be open about what you don't know, find help/solutions when you need it and be willing to take the initiative.

Cons

As most positions are remote, you have to know how to be able to work independently and get things done. This is a busy fast fast-paced work environment. If you can't keep up or get overwhelmed easily ,it might not be for you.
