I have been here for 4 years and I have to say, this has been one of the most career-defining roles of my life. So, good job, Mark and team - you made it happen. I have been challenges and pushed in ways I did not know possible. I was able to take on new roles, responsibilities, help grow a team. If you work hard here, you will be rewarded. It is unfortunate to see some negative reviews. While that is not my lived experience, I have been able to work cross-functionally with all different teams, levels of people and truly believe SonderMind has something special. If you want to work with passionate, hard-working and generally awesome people, this is the place for you.

Cons

We have a lot of hard problems to solve and there are constant shifts in how we do it, who we do it with and what we need to achieve. But, I'd rathe be challenged and solving hard problems than not.

The mission sounds meaningful on paper, but reality does not match the message.

Cons

- Quality expectations shifted without warning, creating endless rework - Feedback arrived late and often contradicted what was said before - Metrics were pushed hard while the tools to meet them were incomplete or unreliable - Long term outcomes were dismissed in favor of short term appearances - The gap between stated values and daily operations was impossible to ignore

I honestly can't think of anything. My experience here has been horrible all throughout.

Cons

I left SonderMind because of the lack of support being given to therapists. I was taking on a lot of patients and always had a heavy workload, but despite having a lot of work to do, management never bothered to help me out. The salary I was paid was also insultingly low. I definitely wouldn't recommend working here to anyone.
