Pros

Such a welcoming company! People across the organization are eager to introduce themselves and answer questions. Sondermind is doing a killer job making a hybrid environment feel inclusive. I have felt like I am making a difference since my first week!

Cons

The company uses Google Workspace and a handful of other tools. It took a moment to familiarize myself and get organized with the variety of platforms.

-Great benefits (401k matching, health insurance, stock options, unlimited PTO) -Amazing co-workers -Good work-life balance (the company takes PTO very seriously) -Fully remote -Very intelligent and smart colleagues

Cons

- Product is still in early stages of development and has lots of room to grow - Initial home-office setup stipend could use a bump - Startup culture does mean that there is a lot of work to be done and you have to learn to pace yourself

I've never worked at a place where people are so friendly and mission-driven, yet still are pushing the envelope on how to better systems and processes for clients' benefit. Great co-workers, excellent pay and benefits, very understanding and "personal care-first" management
