Pros

Since my first day everyone has been nothing but supportive, communication has been transparent. I have never seen a company that has such a great culture as SonderMind. My team, including my director, have been extremely supportive, they have given me the guidance I needed and they have ensured my well-being because they understand that in the long term the important thing is that I can develop in my job feeling motivated.

Cons

I wouldn't consider it a 'Con', but this is a fast-paced growing company, which can make things switch pretty quickly, if you don't like challenges then this is probably not a good fit for you.
