The team at SonderMind is truly connected to the mission. My coworkers are dedicated, intelligent, and always working to advance the accessibility of mental healthcare and help to ensure good outcomes for clients. Employee Benefits demonstrate that the company values employees, the work environment is flexible, and there's a lot of room for advancement and professional development. Leadership is open to new ideas, feedback and discussions around process, and leans into subject matter experts within the organization to drive decision making.

Cons

Growing teams mean growing pains, but this is expected for a growth-stage company. Leadership should publicize the actions they are taking to tackle employee feedback.

It's not everyday you find yourself in a mission driven tech company in Denver that so closely aligns with your personal values. Working to redesign behavioral health has been incredibly rewarding, especially during these times of dire need. -Rich employee benefits including unlimited PTO, 401k match, quarterly stipends -Autonomy & flexibility -Working alongside driven, motivated humans -Opportunity to reinvent the wheel - push boundaries - challenge yourself beyond your comfort zone

Cons

The fast-paced, start-up world isn't for everyone. Change is definitely the constant and some days feel like holding on to a rocket ship without a defined course.
