This company is led by extremely high-level leaders who promote growth from within and are always looking for ways to improve. This is by far the best company in the auto industry that I've worked for.

Cons

I can't think of any negatives.

Benefits are good. You have the ability to grow in the company.

Cons

You can grow in the company... if you know someone. You are overworked and not compensated for the amount of work you do. At the manager level, you have not real authority over anyone under you. If you try to discipline anyone, all they need to do is call the Sonic 800 number and you are now the one being written up. If you have any ability in this industry, go somewhere else.

The people are all extremely friendly from the people who work next to you through upper management. pay is very fair . you can make all the hours you need as a mechanic.

Cons

I don't really have any cons for this place can't speak for the other dealerships they own but VW of ft myers is great.
