Basic call center position. Easy to understand software, and KPI's.

Cons

Micro-managed, it you again them mentality. There is always a reason why you are not succeeding, and it has nothing to do with the company values, ethics, or solutions.

crooks hiring their pals - resulted in breech of employee contracts - my contract was honored for all of 2 months, once Heath decided to bring in his "own" a couple of us got demoted immediately - forced to give up our positions to his lackeys AND all this AFTER I LEFT A JOB TO GO WORK THERE
