Pros

Very interesting industry, strong safety culture, able to work with great people, and flexible schedules. Growing company creates opportunities in the clean energy industry.

Cons

Very seasonal business has busy periods twice per year with quiet periods in between requiring flexibility in work schedules; as company grows, there will be more consistency in labor demand throughout the year.

Pros

As long as you apply yourself, Sonic provides many opportunities. The resource managers really care of the technicians and QA/QC inspectors first.

Cons

None in my opinion. You have to put yourself out there and try to do your job and make the customer happy.
