Management is out of touch with the lower levels of employees
Pros
Pay isn't awful People seem friendly
Cons
Moving around within the company is difficult. IT department is awful, systems break down frequently and are extremely inefficient, causing extra work outside normal working hours. Management is very slow to make decisions so the numerus system and structural improvements that are desperately needed aren't getting done. Which results in overworking employees needlessly. Burnout is common. The company is structured in a way to have as few employees as possible. Expect to work long hours and not to be thanked for it. Needing to do tasks for other departments for this reason is also common. Training in the company is very poor, it was very common for me to find out that people were both underqualified for their position and were not given the resources to adequately gain the knowledge needed to complete the tasks necessary. When turnover inevitably occurred then the department knowledge was lost and the business suffered because of it.
