      Pros

      One of the best manufacturing facilities. Talented and efficient team members coming up with innovative solutions to enhance the team's performance.

      Cons

      Not unlike other corporations, corporate politics are hard to avoid. Product innovation had been falling behind competitors in the past decade.

      Great Company with some Growing Pains

      Pros

      Great retail environment with upper-echelon pay scale. Even with the economy the bonus structure allowed several different ways to make bonus; conference calls with upper management and corporate kept employees, for the most part, in the loop about changes and expectations. Minimal travel, but with timely reimbursement. Good benefits. Managers at store level allowed to make decisions on their own to grow the business, without the need to ask permission.

      Cons

      Too many upper-management staff changes and realignments created a constant air of uncertainty in 2010, which brought the company's growth to a halt.
