      Sony is a progressive company that generally values its employees. Genuine attempts are made at attracting and keeping talent. They place a high value on the values of the communities that they are a part of.

      Seems they are always just a little behind the curve. Spend a lot of time chasing the competition rather than leading it.

      nice food in the cafeteria other then microwaveable al in all it is nice food. You have to try it. The location sux close to a prison.

      Solid company with a great history. Good attention to product quality and trying hard to reinvent itself.

      Cons

      Has fallen behind in product innovation in many but not all area. Bureaucratic at times. Layoffs in recent years have resulted from many mis-steps by management, and have impacted morale.
