      Pros

      Was able to work with smart, highly qualified individuals who were more than happy to teach me. Some of the best programmers I have ever worked with were at the company.

      Cons

      Lack of direction, lack of oversight. I was never given specific projects to work on assignments to complete, it was more of a research and development atmosphere.

      Interesting place to work - with some cool products. Ok compensation. Staff discount is available on most Sony product lines.

      Cons

      The company has lost alot of its energy. The product line is dated and there is a lack of vision on how to improve it.
