* Executives and management have a focus on improving employee's needs and retention. * Technologically advanced company, which makes adoption of new tools and techniques exciting. * Great benefits and fair pay. * Very intelligent executives who know how to run a business that survives so the stability is off the charts!
Cons
* Sometimes middle management is not cutthroat enough to fire poor performers. * Middle management adopts a method for recognition and advancement in which they ensure they are visible to executive leadership, instead of the team which limits potential / ideas in many departments. * Management training is mediocre. A lot of the hold hands and sign Kumbaya and just do what the finances dictate.
