The culture and enviroment is great to work in, there is always something to do and it´s definetly exciting.
Cons
As it happens in most overly burocratic enviroments you will end up doing more that is your role and wont be compensated either by title or salary until the burocracy has assesed it which can leave you working in a position you arent being paid for or credited for more than a year
