Much is taped together, done last minute, and reactive - Compensation is behind the curve - Talks about compensating based on performance, fairly subjective processes by the end of the year resulting in unfair distributions (and then a lack of transparency( - A lot of politicking, feet dragging, and winning by inaction across departments
