      A great company to work for depending on the location, but very little opportunity for advancement

      Pros

      - working on a great film/product once in a while - the people are fantastic - access to lots of cool stuff - probably better than the rest of Hollywood studios which all seem highly dysfunctional

      Cons

      - no career opportunities whatsoever (this varies greatly depending on the location) - people based in the US seem crazy

      People are nice. Managers care about individual careers development. Have KPIs but not as stress as other big companies

      Cons

      Pay also less than other companies. Need to speak corporate language to collaborate with others and has to be onsite 4 days
