      Pros

      Huge company with modern facilities and sincere efforts at making employees feel taken care of. Good benefits packages.

      Cons

      The size of the company, and the nature of the business, can be dehumanizing. The massive egos of top execs are surreal and have a negative trickle-down effect. Again, the nature of the business encourages self-indulgence, and if you end up under the wrong exec, your life will be hell.

      Smart people Very civil work environment Company is trying to do better in all ways -- better movie slate, better work culture, better work building, etc. Can get ahead if you're smart, hard working and dedicated Great benefits -- great medical plan choices, nice gym, pretty lot, movie screenings

      Some systems are very antiquated Can be unnecessarily hierarchical, depending on which dept you're in
