HR is terrible as they are very litigious and only care about taking managers point of view rather than listening to employees' concerns. Leadership is far removed from knowledge of product, not as familiar with their own product as they should be, pay not enough for the long hours, likes to overload employees with work instead of hiring more people, middle management not experienced or trained to manage staff/very little management skills.

Favoritism abounds at the expense of competence. There is no transparency in the promotion process. Pay is low and Analyst retention is nonexistent. People defect at the earliest opportunity.
