+ You get to work in the film industry + Other people out there still think that Sony Pictures is a good company to work for
Cons
+ Nepotism: Managers tend to promote their buddies + Incompetent management. You can end up reporting to five superiors, which in total have less years of experience in the film industry than you, less academic credentials and less skills. However, as long as you've got a big mouth and lots of arrogance you can go far at Sony Pictures. + Too many chiefs, too few indians + Hire & fire mentality: I saw people hired for a new job role and fired after a couple of months because management found that the organization should be restructured again (this happens rather often), making the just created role obsolete
