      Sony is only as good as the manager you work for.

      Cons

      Take a look at certain managers. Some are good, others are not. The studio is only as good as the person you report to.

      Great work environment, fun studio atmosphere, busy but never hectic, looks good on a resume, a good place to have contacts

      Cons

      Internships are for credit only, although it may have changed since I have been there. In such a big studio interns are not given much responsibility, it's all administrative work.
