Back to office 3 days a week. Knowing how SPE does not care about their employees, they might make it 5 days a week, it's only time if so.... Why are people saying good perks? Vacation days are 10 days for the first 2-3 years... which is nothing compared to other companies, who has 10 vacation days for a whole year of non stop working? $$ is typical studios unless maybe if you work for their streaming companies, but corporate SPE pays lower than all it's peers.
