Pros

Work from home, eventually, sometimes. Not the hardest work. Easy to look for a new job on the clock.

Cons

The work is terrible. You hear the most hateful things imaginable said. They will micromanage and scrutinize your "metrics" to an unreasonable degree. And when it's all said and done, they'll lay off your entire call center because they're too cheap to pay a slightly above average minimum wage.

Pros

It will give you a bit of side money if you can stand the environment.

Cons

Sorenson is NOT about their people. Employees are there for the bottom line. Even required trainings are not paid but must be completed. There are so many things I could say. Unless you are willing to "drink the koolaid" don't do it. They allow their customers to run over interpreters.
