Everyone is capped at 29 hours. NO BENEFITS, nowhere to move up, no raises.

Ability to pick your own schedule up to the capped limit; technology is effective and dependable; decent pay.

Cons

No benefits; Cap on total hours. Middle management does not have enough management training; a culture of gossip, nepotism and favoritism at play (for hours, holiday work and raises). Night shift/closers are all but forgotten.
