      Easy and straightforward work. Decent pay for super monotonous work. Time for quick breaks between calls.

      Good services. Decent products. Decent people in the middle managing and providing support to the outside managers and those out on the road doing the real work.

      Cons

      Poor C suite leadership, no engagement with the people within the company and if there is its rhetoric. Poor handling of product innovation. Buy other companies products that aren’t leveraged or don’t drive revenue. RIF every year to please the board’s bottom line. No regard for who the people are. Alves is out of touch and he not the board and other C suite such as the temporary CMO understands this business nor the population served. They get their bonuses based off the backs of the fired. Alves as CEO won’t last he’s not competent at this company. He doesn’t even know who the people are that work there.
