I feel so lucky to be a part of this company! It is so forward-thinking and employee conscientious. One of the things I like best and is so unusual is that the company pays your medical premium every paycheck as well as paying your deductible. Where else can you find that? They also contribute to your HSA each paycheck. I could go on and on but for now I'll leave it at this - it's a great place to be with a very exciting future!

Cons

Sorenson Media provides a catered lunch to its employees at no charge every work day. The con is due to my mediocre self control, my weight is going up.

Hugely innovative company making a HUGE difference in tv! So exciting to be part of history and on the cutting-edge of the tech Sorenson Media is developing. This place loves their employees - Tons of time off (unlimited PTO starting 2018), they cater lunch in every single day (not cheap!), fully stocked breakrooms, 100% free benefits for every employee, fun work environments, and the most amazing people. I have been in a lot of other jobs but have never loved what I do this much.
