Pros

This is an innovative company that is on an excellent path. Great salaries and wonderful benefits. Full of talented people who work and play hard. If you are motivated and an innovative thinker, This is the place for you! Great Culture and hard working staff. Great work-life balance, focus on the family, and extreme appreciation for their employees. Kitchen is full of free snack and drinks and lunch is provided everyday. Not to mention the video games systems (2 dedicated TVs) and ping-pong in the break room.

Cons

I have yet to find any that are noteworthy to mention here. I am worried about gaining weight with all the food, candy, and cookies.

Poor communication between teams Poor communication between management and staff Strict sickness policy Some products seem to have entirely no business value after more than a year of development although this does not detract from the success of the business as a whole however it seems wasteful if those products don't end up making it to market

Pros

Great employees, relaxed atmosphere, and hours are flexible to a point. Exciting industry, video compression and video in general. Easy to be passionate about the work.

Cons

It is hard to place a con on the company at this point, recently there has been a CEO change and that limits my ability to speak to any cons. There is a bit of a lack of communication throughout departments but fixing that is on the agenda. Not a lot goes on as far as company events.
