Management Spreads Panic and Stress

Some of my co-workers were good people who tried to help me and were available when I needed their support.

Cons

The CEO is the worst person here. This person is stressed all the time and spreads panic for no reason. This ridiculous attitude leads to chaos, unwanted stress, and a circus-like ambiance. Things would be better if the CEO learned how not to panic over little things. It's leading to employee dissatisfaction.

THE MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE. THEY BLATANTLY LIE ABOUT PAY AND BENEFITS. YOU WILL GET A LOWER AMOUNT THAN EXPECTED. IT WAS RIDICULOUS. They also expect you to do more work than you signed up for and never give you raises. It was awful! You will be wise if you avoid working here, especially if you want to see progress in your career! BEWARE!
