Pros

It's wonderful to get a top bottom education of the publishing industry and have access to talented authors.

Cons

The arrogant leadership acts with false ego and egregious business acumen, losing employee trust, insecurely trying to establish itself as authority with dominance and regulation, while eliminating values the company built up. Everyone valuable with any talent has left the company to brighter pastures.
