Albeit, I can only speak about the Production/Editorial experience at Sourcebooks, but I am very happy here. The people I work with every day are very organized, great communicators, friendly, helpful, and genuinely passionate about the books that they work on. The company values hard work, good senses of humor, and the opinions of its employees. I would recommend this job to a friend.

Such an exciting mission! We have plenty of exposure to different and new markets and experiences, which is an amazing career and skills builder. Working here enabled me to learn all about the publishing industry and it’s something I’m really grateful for. Through my experiences, I got to expand my network and it did wonders for my career.

Cons

Deadlines are tight so make sure you work hard and you have good organization skills.
