      Awesome place to work with ridiculously smart people to work with

      Pros

      The people here are just incredibly intelligent. On top of the, there is transparency from the CEO down. And if you have any questions or concerns, you just have to ask or voice your concern.

      Cons

      It's a startup, so there is a fair amount on figuring out as you go along. But the good thing is, as soon as something is identified as missing or needed action is taken right away to rectify the situation.
