Cons
What once was an innovative business is being slowly overpowered by a prehistoric machine. All the dreaded changes are starting to occur. People seem to be sticking around with hope in mind of what this company used to be. Day by day it's going downhill due to a very dated parent company that only serves the top of the hierarchy. Parent company heavily dictating senior management which is resulting in cultural change and non values led decision making. Projects and new business is slow across APAC. Pay is sub par and not keeping up with inflation due to salary freeze, slow pay adjustment and regimented promotion cycles.
