Balancing the Scale of Positives and Room for Growth

Pros

Excellent work-life balance with a "work from anywhere" culture, as long as you deliver results. Strong focus on core values: integrity, quality, humility, innovation, service, and sustainability. All OKRs and benchmarking are built around these. Generous benefits package that really takes care of employees, like unlimited leave. Office perks like snacks, unlimited coffee, games consoles, end-of-trip facilities, filtered water, soft drinks and more. Once had amazing social events and culture that made work more enjoyable. Opportunities for professional growth and networking. Senior management is supportive and genuinely cares about employee well-being. Collaborative work environment, particularly when senior management is involved. Heaps of clever and skilled individuals contribute to the company's success. Diverse Environment: A mix of ages, nationalities, and values makes for an interesting work culture. Salary packaging for novated leases and employee assistance programmes have been long-standing perks.

Cons

The team is a mix of long-term employees and new hires, leading to a variety of opinions on management and company direction. Leadership styles and personalities can be quite different depending on the region. The sales department operates in a silo and lacks the drive for new business. There's an opportunity for mid-management to further enhance their interpersonal skills. HR's professionalism could be better; they could use some training on social etiquette. Transparency can be hit or miss. The promotion of individuals who engage in questionable behaviour was a point of concern.

Pros

You get to learn with some of the most talented individuals in cloud development, with most of them are highly rated consultants in the region

Cons

Most of the reviews here are blaming the acquisition by Amdocs, but I feel it is natural to be culturally eaten by the parent company There are more compelling issues such as:' - Inability to grow business, some of the accounts have been stagnant for years, with the group milking the most of some pointless topics such as RMIT, and compliance related blog posts - Increasingly poor reputation due to link to Amdocs - which generally have poor working environment (you can search all over Glassdoor for this) - Poor hiring strategy - despite not growing the business, company hired some of the best candidates out there, surprisingly process was quite rigorous, but at the end of the day, the hiring is just to fill the bench - Management issues - project and people management is poor, consultants have no say to give feedback to projects assigned
