Great culture, very supportive from peers to people leaders. Big focus on consulting excellence and the very best good approaches in terms of how to consume Cloud or work with IaC

Cons

Sometimes you may be on a bench for some time so it's harder (especially during COVID) to stay focused on doing something. Although this is offset by the company's culture in terms of self-development. you can spend that time working on internal projects or studying towards certs.
