      One of the best cloud consulting companies around

      Pros

      1. Generous compensation and benefits 2. Great people to work with 3. Cutting edge cloud technologies 4. Hands-on experience in a diverse range of technologies 5. Working with Fortune 500 clients

      Cons

      1. Dealing with banks and financial institutions implies endless meetings, bureaucracy, politics and inefficiency 2. Regulations are everywhere. Installing git to customer issued laptop usually means a call to a help desk and an hour of wasted life. That's just git. 3. High level infrastructure design tends to be very abstract. Seeing result of your work might.. never happen.

      Pros

      - Strong technical leaders within the group - Diversity of platforms to work on (AWS, Azure, GCP) - 'White glove' consulting approach, where solutions are delivered that are fit-for-purpose for the client, as opposed to pushing product - 'Well rounded' senior team who are equally at home designing/architecting solutions as well as cutting code to deliver them - Work with some of the largest companies globally, especially in the FSI sector - Great culture - Adapting well to COVID period

      Cons

      - Still in a transitionary stage between small boutique consultancy & larger consultancy, some rough edges around internal processes and procedures - Due to the previous point, Sourced is more suited to those who are pro-active 'go-getters/self-starters', which can be slightly intimidating or difficult for those who are maybe technically strong, but a little on the reserved side (improving, support available via squad structure if flagged). - Bit of a juggling act for seniors managing multiple sites or roles (squads
