Pros

Truly a place that I can say I'm proud to work at! Incredibly intelligent people (and humble!) Management team treats people with respect and involves employees in decision making. Lots of opportunity for professional growth and travel to different office locations across the globe. Work-life balance is a real thing here and not just a buzzword said when being recruited to join.

Cons

Not much to say here, I think there is going to be a challenge to maintain the culture we have as we continue to grow but I could be wrong.
