Pros

Cons
Because the company is growing so fast, they are lacking some of the processes. Executives are putting everything in place, but it takes a bit of time before things do get stabilized. Someone Junior may feel a bit lost due to lack of experience because the company doesn't have strong processes in place,. It's hard for those young individuals to start executing right away unless until they get mentored. It's a great place for those who's got experience.
